We’re delighted to announce that Lenmark has recently secured a new contract with our valued client, Elivia Homes, at the new Latham Grove development in Ashington, West Sussex. The 74-home development will provide a mix of 2, 3 and 4-bedroom homes, creating a new community in this award-winning West Sussex village.

Lenmark has been appointed by CALA Homes to deliver the groundworks and infrastructure at West Hoathly Brickworks in Sussex, supporting 108 new homes. Site works are now underway.
