We’re delighted to announce that Lenmark has recently secured a new contract with our valued client, Elivia Homes, at the new Latham Grove development in Ashington, West Sussex.
The 74-home development will provide a mix of 2, 3 and 4-bedroom homes, creating a new community in this award-winning West Sussex village.
As part of the project, the Lenmark team will be delivering a range of works including:
- Infrastructure works
- Groundworks
- Finishing works
