We’re delighted to announce that Lenmark has been appointed to deliver the groundworks and infrastructure package at West Hoathly Brickworks, a new residential development in the heart of West Hoathly, Sussex, on behalf of our valued client CALA Homes.
Site setup is now underway, marking the start of an exciting new phase as we begin work on the roads, drainage and enabling infrastructure that will support 108 new homes — a mix of family houses, terraced homes and apartments.
We’re proud to be strengthening our long-standing partnership with CALA Homes and look forward to delivering a high-quality scheme for the local community.
