Lenmark are pleased to confirm that we have secured another contract with our valued client Macar Homes for a new residential development at Holtye Road, East Grinstead.
The scheme will deliver 36 new homes, and our team will be responsible for the full groundworks and infrastructure package. This includes site infrastructure, utilities, and foundations to prepare the development for the construction phase.
Works are scheduled to commence in early April, and our teams are already working closely with Macar Homes to ensure the project gets off to a well organised and efficient start.
