Enes Aruci is currently leading his first project for Lenmark as a Black Hat Foreman, and although the contract is still ongoing, the main groundworks are now nearing completion. Stepping into a role with this level of responsibility is never easy, but Enes has taken the challenge on well, pushing the programme and working closely with his team to keep the job moving forward.
There is still plenty for Enes to learn, but it has been good to see his confidence grow as he develops in the Lenmark way, doing things properly, working as a team and taking pride in the job.
Lenmark has always believed in promoting from within, and Enes is another good example of that policy in action. Hopefully his progress will encourage others in the Next-Gen group to step forward, take on responsibility and reach their potential.
