Recently our office staff undertook Customer Service training which was specific to the Construction Industry. Each member of staff had to prove their customer care skills and at the end of their training it was decided to elect one person to have overall responsibility for Customer Relations on behalf of the Company.
Zoe Nugent has been designated to liaise with Customers and Clients alike; to
ensure that they can expect and receive total commitment from us at all times,
to resolve any issues that arise.
