Lenmark Construction was born from a fusion of 30 years of working together by Len Nugent and Mark Schneidau, hence Lenmark. Len has managed many successful construction and development companies including The Nugent Group with Mark working closely by his side for over 30 years.
In 2011 the realisation of a dream came true as the partnership was officially recognised by the formation of a new company Lenmark Construction now incorporating the staff and services of The Nugent Group.
Len Nugent the Managing Director comments "Marks 30 plus years of hard work and loyalty needed proper recognition and by providing him with the role of Commercial Director in a true joint venture seemed highly fitting".

Our aim is to maintain and increase the volume of negotiated contracts with repeat clients, by virtue of the fact that these companies know they can rely on us to perform across the board; in respect of our Health and Safety record, our quality of work and our willingness to pay attention to the details that are important to our clients - and their clients alike.
By the constant growth of our repeat business - with domestic or commercial developers and main contractors - we are able to focus on every aspect of our client's needs; not just simply doing what has been contracted, but going beyond, and addressing the less obvious detail that shows care and adds value.
Where appropriate, we can offer value engineering advice on the client's
behalf, to their engineers and architects, with the aim of offering solutions
that present not only best value but which we consider to be the best, safest
and least environmentally damaging.
The philosophy of customer focus is a simple one, however to achieve and increase customer satisfaction, all management and staff have to be made aware of the common aims of the company and given the necessary training to enable them to each play their part in fulfilling the customer's needs. To this end we have in place an ongoing training and development programme, which operates at every level within the company, with all staff participating, or planning to participate in, training programmes relevant to their work. Health and safety issues are of primary importance and integral to the training and development of our managers, staff and workers alike; our goal is to offer peace of mind and satisfaction to our clients in this absolutely critical area.
